I had NorCal remodel our 40 Sq ft hallway/guest bathroom in our house in Pacifica, CA and I could not be more satisfied with the professional service, build, and transparency of NorCal. From start to finish, it was top notch. The main part of the project was a tub to shower conversion. Their Design Consultant, Jason, started with a personal on site consultation with virtual views of design ideas and materials. The project quote was very detailed (with pictures) and the quote was up front and straightforward with no hidden surprises. Once I chose to go with NorCal, Jason refined the quote to a very detailed Service Agreement that specified all details from permit applications, ordering of materials that I picked, to project milestones and estimated start/completion dates. NorCal started the project within 3 weeks of the project signing which is quite fast for this area. The NorCal project manager, Max, and his remodeling crew were very professional, detailed, and neat with the work. I could see that the crew were all around expert craftsmen. The NorCal CEO, Steve, even stopped by – which is a great touch and example of company leadership and attention to every customer! The work was completed in 4 days and the transformation from a bathroom that was still in its original 50 year old and decrepit configuration to a new clean, modern look is truly remarkable. NorCal gives a lifetime guarantee and peace of mind for the all important shower system. As the saying goes, you always get what you pay for and NorCal delivers. my new shower remodel just finished today and I the whole process was SO easy and I ended up with a beautiful new shower! I chose Norcal Remodeling after seeing the ad for Bath Planet/NorCal Remodeling in Good Housekeeping plus $1,000 off and interest free loan for 2 years. It showed they had the Good Housekeeping Seal, were Diamond Certified and BBB. From the first meeting with Don and seeing the products and picking the pattern and faucet, etc and meeting with Mark the project manager I was very happy with the process. Mark and the crew came to install and off they went. They were very conscientious, friendly and hard workers! They verified with me where to put the niche in the shower, how high the faucet on the wall, etc. I really have never seen such hard workers! They had it all done in 3 days! Being single I had no worries if I had to go out for a while, they were all very polite and friendly. They just focused on the work. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone without having to be afraid of being taken advantage. And you will end up having a fantastic result!

Just had a shower replaced in our master bath and we are simply delighted! The entire experience was positive. Very friendly initial consultation, followed by a meeting with an awesome PM named Mark. The constitution crew was simply amazing! Got the whole thing done in 2 day, working late into the evening so they wouldn’t have to come back for a third day. This was great for me as I needed to go into the office. They were super professional and polite, kept things very clean and did wonderful work! I highly recommend Norcal Remodeling Group!

The NorCal team Ivan, Ryan, Victor and Cesar were all knowledgeable professionals and a pleasure to work with. The communication prior to the start of work was outstanding,. The job was completed in 2.5 days, each day ending with a clean and safe area. The material and installation is beautiful and beyond our expectations. Given that this remodel was required to make our bathroom handicap accessible we feel the price was reasonable. Very happy customer

While we had some challenges with illness and holiday impacts, Magdi and Zoli were diligent, hardworking, and thoughtful. Ryan, the project manager, came late to the project but did his best to accommodate our situation. He was responsive and understood some of our frustrations which were beyond his control. The owner, Steve, personally attended to our concerns and managed a resolution that was a good compromise for all.

I can now enjoy the fruits of everyone’s labor and get squeaky clean in our new shower!

I recently had shower put in my second bathroom, by NorCal and I’m in love! The entire experience was great. Started with Elysia, who was very pleasant and patient. She helped me choose the design of the shower. When I was unsure, she had great suggestions. Ryan, the project manager, was awesome. He oversaw the project ensuring that all was in order. I felt very taken care of and had confidence that the job would be completed appropriately. Sergei who actually installed the shower, very pleasant as well. He was professional, timely and very clean. He is such a hard worker and did an absolute excellent job! Sergei also had another worker assist. Although I don’t know his name, he was great as well.

This building is a 1977 original in mint condition – it’s just that the mints are those smooth plastic ones that the restaurant got from the Dollar Store (1,000 mints for $1, take as many as you like).

Okay, so they take that out and installed a rain shower with floor-to-ceiling paneled walls. The wall work and caulking looks fantastic! There’s absolutely no grout to worry about so the shower now takes very little cleaning and feels much more sturdy. The installation work is exceptionally clean with crisp lines. Overall it looks like I didn’t install it, and this is a very good thing indeed.

A big shout-out to Tim for showing us the light, and to Balint for a superb installation job. Excellent work!

Had the experience of doing bathroom remodel with these guys and we had a wonderful experience from the whole team. We decided to do the remodel through home depot and it was put to NorCal Remodeling group through them.

First of all, Belmin did a great job helping us pickup the right design for our bathroom and we are very happy with what he came up. We changed the bathroom tub to standing shower. Gabor and Balint, the two people who did the actually work was really good. We had a concern about having the work done with a toddler at home. But they made sure everything was done neatly and warned us even when there is a little bit of sound during the construction process. They actually completed the work in 3 days instead of the 5 days mentioned earlier. Also it really is a relief when you don’t have to do extra cleaning with a remodelling work at home. Finally our project manager Ryan was very good at communicating about the work and detailing everything post work too.

Would definitely recommend these guys for the remodelling work!

I have nothing but praise for NorCal’s Remodeling team demo and installation of my shower. From Day one and my first phone call with their office staff to the final inspection and sign off I was confident with their knowledgeable and courteous staff. Installers Joseph and Gabor were friendly and respectful of my property and did an amazing job of cleaning up my bathroom and my garage as well! I had been considering remodeling my guest bathroom for several years but, like life, if it’s not one thing…it’s another. Something would come up and I’d have to push it aside. So again the topic came up. I need to replace the bathtub for a walk in shower for practical and safety reasons for my 84 year old mother. I called NorCal and they were awesome at scheduling an appointment that worked well for me for a consultation and quote. Jerry came to my house at 6 pm sharp, as promised. Amazing guy, very patient, very conscientious of my needs and excellent suggestions that were perfectly on key to my needs. I was slightly concerned with the financial part but Jerry worked his magic along with Jonathan (The CEO I think) and we came up with an accessible financial agreement… we’re scheduled to start in about 8 weeks…can’t wait to get started… by the way, Jerry promised to complete the job in 2-3 days!

Thank you Norcal remodeling Group for making the process of remodeling our bathroom a breeze. Danny Eng, our design consultant was great. He showed us various options and models for us to decide. A special thanks to Jeff and his team Gabor and Janni for making this entire process of installation effortless. The team was amazing. They were punctual, professional and friendly. Not only they completed the work in said number of days but also in a very neat manner. We love our newly remodeled bathroom.

We had our guest bathroom replaced within the agreed upon time, the two men that took out and replaced the tub worked well together, were very careful going up and down the stairs and did the job beautifully. I was pleased with the job and have no complaints. Good job team.

My father fell and had a severe injury to his neck. In order to stay in his home, we needed to make a change in the bathroom to allow him easy access to a shower. Norcal and Bath Planet came to the house quickly and after a detailed discussion, gave us an estimate on the spot. Once we decided to move forward, the Construction manager came out and did exact measurements and told us he would make sure that the shower would be a high priority! It was! Within a few weeks, the installation team arrived on the scene and after some surprises in the wall (no studs!) came up with a plan and had the shower install done in two days. It is great. Easy for my dad to use and it looks great as well. We are thrilled! Thanks to Jeff and Jerry and the rest of the team for their efficient and excellent work. All done during the COVID outbreak with the safety of my elderly parents in mind. I would highly recommend them for knowledge and their amazing can do attitude!

Loved everything about NorCal Remodeling group! They stood behind everything they said. They wore their masks, they were on time every day and with the finished shower on schedule, protected my floor, every polite and friendly! My shower looks amazing. Thank you all very much. We’re very happy with all of the work and awesome look of the tub area. Jeff was excellent through the process. We signed the contract before the start of the pandemic and by the time they were ready to schedule, we were locked down. Once construction workers were allowed to come back online, Jeff contacted us to schedule the work. He answered our many questions about safety, sanitizing, PPE, and the process for completing the work. He was very flexible, and there was no pressure to set the start date. Once set, we were the first job for the returning workers, Gabor and Jani. They are both very hard workers, easy to work with, and helpful in answering our questions through the remodeling job. some extra work was required, installing dielectric couplers between the older galvanized pipe to the new copper pipe. Jeff helped reduce the cost as much as he could. The picture attached doesn’t do it justice, especially compared to the original tub area. My wife is very happy, and we know what that means! We highly recommend the NorCal Engineering Group and Bath Planet for the quality of materials, workmanship, and the excellent process.

We LOVE our new shower! We were pleased from the start working with all of the team at NorCal Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom shower remodel in our 30 year old home. The process started with an in-home visit from Don Johnston to discuss options with a follow-up visit from the Project Manager, Jeff, who guided and communicated with us every step of the way. We even had a call with the owner thanking us for doing business with them. The demo/installation team of Thomas and Victor were such hard workers; very professional and easy to deal with completing the installation in less time than planned. David installed a light over the new shower, and was very helpful with the electrical process. Kouros from Ace Glass did a beautiful job with the clear glass shower doors.

We are so pleased with our selection of a Subway Tile look in the Brecchia color with the look of white grout, which Jeff told us was a newer option. The corner caddy is perfect for shampoos and body wash bottles and even has a little area at the bottom for putting up a leg for shaving! He was always in contact, available, attentive and willing to rectify any problems encountered. He really brought a sense of family to the project. The finished product was stellar and he made sure to keep checking on us well after the job was finished. I recently had my bathroom remodeled by NorCal Remodeling group.

I love my new shower! I was prepared for things to be a mess for at least a week, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they finish the job in 3 days, their team came in and each evening they cleaned up and we could use the sink and toilet. Best of all there was no mess throughout the rest of the house.
